There’s no denying that the Pitzer waitlist acceptance rate is a bit unpredictable from year to year. For the Class of 2024 (the first admission cycle following the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic and thus a time when many would-be applicants decided to take a gap year), roughly one in five waitlisted applicants earned admission, while the following year, for the Class of 2025, not a single student was drawn from the waitlist.
