Princeton University Class of 2024 Early Action Statistics

Princeton University has released Early Action decisions for its Class of 2024. In all, 791 students earned admission in the Single Choice Early Action round to Princeton’s incoming class. This figure compares to 743 students for the Princeton Class of 2023 and 779 students for the Class of 2022 Early Action pools. And how exactly do the students admitted to Princeton’s Class of 2024 via Early Action break down? Wonder no more!

Breakdown of Early Action Admits to Princeton’s Class of 2024

As Emily Aronson of Princeton’s Office of Communications reports in a piece on the Princeton Class of 2024 EA admits, admitted students to Princeton’s Class of 2024 hail from 48 states in addition to Washington, DC and Puerto Rico (this means that Princeton failed to admit students from two states by our arithmetic!). Admits also hail from 33 nations around our world (11% of admits are international). 48% are U.S. citizens or permanent residents who self-identified as people of color, a figure that includes biracial and multiracial students. 13% of admits will be the first in their families to attend college.
