Applying Early Decision to UPenn
Will you be applying Early Decision to the University of Pennsylvania by November 1st? If so, you might want to have a former UPenn admissions officer, Ivy Coach’s Jayson Weingarten, go through your application with you — piece by piece during Ivy Coach’s Senior Application Review — and let you know what needs to change. Of course, if you’re unwilling to make changes over this next week and a half and/or believe that everything you’ve done is absolutely perfect, then the Senior Application Review is not for you and we would much prefer you not sign up. Keep in mind that there are going to be quite a few mistakes that are going to be uncorrectable at this late date but there will be plenty of mistakes that will absolutely still be correctable.
Often times, that which a student has done that will impress admissions officers at a school like UPenn is sort of hidden in plain sight on an application. Instead of focusing on what will actually impress, so many applicants instead choose to focus on things that they think will impress admissions officers but instead do quite the opposite — like attending fancy summer programs at elite universities or writing about how much money one’s non-profit raised in a given year. The task of Ivy Coach’s Senior Application Review is to pinpoint these opportunities for improvement at this late date.
So if you’re applying Early Decision to the University of Pennsylvania and you’re interested in Ivy Coach’s Senior Application Review with former UPenn admissions officer Jayson Weingarten, fill out our free consultation form and indicate Senior Application Review with Jayson Weingarten at the bottom. We’ll then be in touch. We look forward to hearing from you!
