Villanova Class of 2030 Statistics in Historical Perspective

Unlike many other schools of Villanova’s caliber, this elite college has largely failed to grow more selective each year, at least according to the public Common Data Sets over the last seven or so years. Bad news for the Villanova admissions office, but good news for the average applicant who would like to earn admission without the stress of a highly competitive process. Villanova admission is still well within reach!

Since the Class of 2023 was admitted, Villanova has broken admissions records twice. The largest-ever applicant pool, 26,31, applied to join last year’s Class of 2029, while the most competitive cycle on record went to the Class of 2027, when 23.39% of applicants were admitted. But even so, there is no consistent downward trend in the acceptance rate, meaning the jury is still out on what the Class of 2030 could hold.
