Brandeis University might not be the most famous college in the Greater Boston Area, but it certainly is one of the most distinctive. Somewhat surprisingly, the acceptance rate to Brandeis typically isn’t all that competitive. Brandeis University’s Class of 2030 in Historical Perspective

Even though there is not a ton of historical data from which to project an acceptance rate for the Class of 2030, the data we do have, drawn from publicly available Common Data Sets online, highlight no clear admissions trends. In fact, the most recent admission cycle on record drew the smallest pool of applicants during this window (9,748) and the highest acceptance rate (~45%). Two short years earlier, a record 11,282 students applied to Brandeis, and only 35.33% were admitted.

The acceptance rate and applicant pool size for the Class of 2030 are still up in the air, and this lack of a clear trend undermines our ability to make an educated guess about what these numbers could be. But one thing is for certain: Brandeis remains a moderately selective school that brings a high level of prestige and quality education without the stress of a cutthroat admissions process.
