The Duke Fuqua School of Business’ Class of 2023 consists of 447 students, students who faced a 24.9% overall acceptance rate between the rounds of admission (3,362 students applied to Fuqua’s Class of 2023, while 838 received offers of admission, and 447 ultimately matriculated). The average age in the cohort? 29 years old, several years after college (5.9 is the average years of work experience). 713 marks the average GMAT score. 48% of students identify as women. 29% of students are underrepresented minorities (a figure that only includes U.S. citizens/residents). 47% are international students or dual citizens. 14% of students hail from financial services backgrounds, while 13% hail from consulting backgrounds.
